Our sales staff works with our engineers to answer any questions about our product line. Help is only a phone call away, whether it is for a simple price or for a technical problem.
In addition, special arrangements may be made with our West Coast and Western Canadian customers for extended sales hours. We are also equipped to handle the requirements of our customers using E.D.I.

Certification/Traceability
A large portion of business today is devoted to the processing of written data. Balfor maintains a complete five year history of all shipped orders, including Quality Control forms and retained samples. We retain all data on file, and maintain complete traceability, from incoming raw material certifications through our final Quality Control audits.
In addition to meeting customer requirements, we do provide certification to various industry standards, including MIL, ASTM, and AMS specifications.
