Products & Services

Although we originated as a processor of fluoropolymer products, Balfor today is a manufacturer of a wide range of plastic and metal products. Our CNC-controlled molding and machining equipment, along with our computer-controlled comparators and coordinate measurement systems, assure you of the highest quality finished product.
We normally work with such fluoroplastics as Teflon®, Kel-F, FEP, PFA and Hostaflon TFM®. Machined items are made from almost any plastic, including Nylon, UHMWP, Phenolic, Nylatron, Delrin and Polypropylene.

New Product Development

In addition, Balfor has in-house tooling and design capabilities. We produce all tooling for our plastic molding and machining operations. This enables us to provide our customers with extremely quick turn-around time on new items at the lowest possible cost.
Balfor is currently working with its major suppliers to develop technologically-advanced items from the newest materials available. We have done extensive work with PEEK, TFM®, and other engineered plastics.
